The online order once placed cannot be modified or cancelled, either through the website or app or offline by calling the restaurant or our call.

Cancellation of Order by Customer is Applicable Only for Cash on Delivery Orders and in Selected stores only.

A cancellation of the order by the customer will not be taken after 60 seconds of order placement.

Cancellation of Order by Customer is applicable for orders placed via App and is not applicable for orders placed from any other source.

Cancellations of orders will not be allowed once the delivery executive reaches the customer location.

Cancellation will be free if the order is not delivered for 60 minutes on regular days and 90 minutes during festivals (festivals or big occasions like New Year's Eve, Ganesh Festival, Christmas, Durga Pooja, etc.). You can get an update on the status of the order by calling the restaurant directly.

In case the order paid through the digital payment method is cancelled due to the non-availability of the ordered product at the restaurant, the amount will be returned by reversing the transaction by the restaurant. This refund will be returned to the original source within 5–7 working days. However, the restaurant is not responsible for any delay on the bank side.
